Teachers hold 'teach-out' as students return despite pushback from CTU

Some Chicago Public School teachers took class outside Tuesday morning. Teachers bundled up against the cold, windy day to send a message to the district. The move came as the district and the Chicago Teachers Union continued to face off over the return to in-person learning amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
