Sometimes You Just Have To Take A Deep Breath and Exhale

With so much going on in the world around us, sometimes it's perfectly okay to disconnect, recharge, take a deep breath and exhale.

Don't think you are superman or superwoman. If you can do it all great. If you can't that's okay. Your mental, physical and emotional health is what's most important -- especially when others rely on you. So go ahead, take a real deep breath, hold it for a few seconds and exhale. Repeat.
