Senior Online Content Manager
Job Description

  • Responsible for research and development to maximize online traffic and user interface
  • Responsible for assistance in development in special projects
  • Responsible for assistance in design and implementation of outdoor advertising campaigns and large form printing
  • Responsible in assisting Online Program Director in employee development
  • Work with Programming to maximize integration with on-air and on-line
  • Work with Promotions to identify relevant events and feature prominently on site
  • Work with Sales staff to identify available inventory and tout new features
  • Manage Online Staff to physically maintain sites
  • Work directly with CCOMR Online Services management to provide feedback and suggestions on market needs/requirements/requests
 

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of college and 2 years website creation experience, or a comparable combination of college and experience
  • Strong Organizational, Leadership and Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with others and recommend solutions
  • Knowledge of website best practices and design
  • Strong design portfolio
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite CS3

This job involves more than just selling spots. Clear Channel is looking for aggressive and passionate professionals who have the confidence, drive and desire to work among the best and are capable of creating marketing campaigns.

This position is directly responsible for acquiring new clients and advertisers for Clear Channel. We are looking for an energetic self-starter who is proactive in driving revenue, increasing client base and selling marketing solutions. On a daily basis you will be expected to use your self-motivation, understanding of marketing principles and enthusiasm to prospect and develop new business leads, manage existing accounts and close deals.

Position requires a minimum of two years sales experience and a bachelor’s degree. Strong communication skills both written and verbal. Understanding of basic marketing and advertising principles. Most have a strong work ethic and a desire for personal betterment.

Programming Internships
Compensation: Academic Credit – this is a NON-PAID position

Job Description: WGCI, V103 and Inspiration 1390 are seeking enthusiastic interns to assist the programming department. Interns will assist on-air talent by screening incoming calls for energetic callers, on-air promotional giveaways and song requests.

Minimum 20 hours per week.  Flexible hours based on availability (school schedule and/or work schedule.)  Weekend and evening hours may be required based on broadcast shifts. 

Candidate Qualifications:  Student must be enrolled in an accredited college program during the internship and receive college credit for the internship.  Student must also possess good work ethics such as punctuality, self-motivation, a willingness to learn and be people oriented and serious about moving their career forward.
